Potbelly Sandwich Works

The grilled chicken sandwich I had was bomb. I would give it 5 stars if they had put a little more meat in it. Cool place though

I don't go to Potbelly often but I usually look forward to it when I go. This visit was not able to meet my expectations. The person that greeted us at the start of the line, she did a great job. Everything was downhill after that. The person who put the veggies and stuff on the sandwich talk extremely soft and was hard to understand. She also was not able to follow my simple instructions. The person at the cash register was in a frame of mind that was somewhere other than his job. Except for the first guy we met everyone else was acting as if they wished they were anywhere else. The sandwich would have been much better had it been made properly as I asked. They did offer to remake the sandwich, but I didn't want to wait so I guess they did the right thing in making that offer. Calling this just an unusual experience, normally Potbelly is a great place to eat.

I am a simpleton when it comes to sandwiches and I love the amount of protein I get on one here. They always are on top of it when we come in and get our online orders ready on the spot even though we place them 2 minutes ahead of the time we get there from the office. Always friendly and willing to help. This will continue to be my go to for a quick sandwich at lunch especially when time is limited.
